What information should I include in my first inquiry?
Include the product category (GFCI, USB outlet, receptacle, switch, or wall plate), target SKUs, approximate quantity, destination country, and whether it is in-stock sourcing, OEM tooling, or ODM private label. A sales engineer responds within 1 day with a preliminary quote and sample options.
What payment and trade terms do you support?
Standard term is 30% T/T deposit with order and 70% T/T balance before shipment. For returning customers and larger orders, other terms such as L/C at sight can be negotiated. Trade terms include FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CFR, CIF, and DDP delivery to U.S. and Canadian addresses.
Can I request samples before a production order?
Yes. Samples from existing molds are available for review before any bulk or OEM order. Sample lead time is 5 working days. Sample cost and freight are usually charged and can be credited against the first production purchase order.
What is the minimum order quantity for a first order?
MOQ varies by product family and whether the order uses existing molds or new OEM tooling. For standard SKUs, smaller trial quantities are available. OEM orders with custom tooling require higher minimums because of the tooling amortization. A sales engineer confirms the exact MOQ with your preliminary quote.
